Using clindamycin & nicotinic acid for black spots is of no use, these medications are used for treatment & prevention of acne.
Black spots need depigmenting agents. U can stop adapalene & benzyl peroxide gel. Continue clindamycin and nicotinic acid gel to prevent new pimples. Restrict your calorie & diary products intake. Wash your face frequently.

As per the information provided in my view it is due to a side effects of clindamycin gel on a normal skin layer and it’s better to stop using it and as of now take tablet paracetamol650 twice a day for two days and if redness persists than apply caladryl lotion and followup with finding after two days
