I am 50 years of age and had angioplasty three years back and am on following medicines - clavix as75, rosavas 5, finpecia 1mg (for hair fall). No bp, no sugar. Have pre-mature ejaculation problem since last 25 years. Take duralast 30, which helps. Tried kegels exercise but does not help. Is there any permanent solution?

Kegel exercise has some tips, if you don't follow it properly, it will not work. Duralast is not working, in that case, you have to shift to other drugs after consulting doctor.

This is due to indigestion. Let him take very early and light dinner. He may allow about 2 hours before he goes to bed so that the food is mostly digested by the time he goes to sleep. Daily walking is good for improving digestion.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user rao, if only the post lunch sugar is high, you can add 4 units of actrapid insulin 15 min before lunch and recheck post-lunch sugar values with your glucometer. If you have low sugar symptoms around 5-6 pm after adding insulin reduce the dose to 2 units

Hi, 20 days ago I had a stroke. Now I have been discharged. I am advised to take rosuvas 40, stamlo 5, levera 500, once in the morning for 3 month. Clopivas Ap 75 one in afternoon,& storcit p 1 tab morning & 1 at night. Before stroke I was using vigora100 for my ed problem. Now can I take vigora along with these medicines. If no can you please advise a safe medicine.

It's not advisable to take vigora and just increase your self confidence and not to take any medication for ED problem

My grandfather is 88 years old, he has diagnosed with bronchitis and some heart problems, now b.p is 92/62 mmhg and pulse rate 105 but problem is that swelling is occur in feet, hands and face the medication he take daily nitroglycerin, clopivas, duolin nebulization. Can we give dytor tablet to release body swelling? please help me I am very worried he is using oxygen almost whole day. Thank you.

I am having coronary aneurism and was advised to take clopidogrel and aspirin tablet, but aspirin is found to be allergic to me and hence not taking. Since I am walking in the treadmill for about 40 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening, I am not taking any blood thinners for the last 8 months. My lipid level & TMT are normal. Is it necessary to continue clopidogrel?

She suffers from chronic high blood pressure (Hypertension), high cholesterol, hypothyroidism (high TSH in Thyroid blood test), Anemia. Zyrova C 75 Capsule contains Rosuvastatin for lowering cholesterol, but this capsule also contains blood thinner antiplatelet drug Clopidogrel 75 MG. Does my Mother need blood thinner antiplatelet drug Clopidogrel 75 MG? Can Clopidogrel cause bleeding inside the brain and other parts of the body? Does Clopidogrel start bleeding OR does Clopidogrel prolong bleeding OR does Clopidogrel both start bleeding and prolong bleeding? What happens to a patient taking Clopidogrel if bleeding starts? How does bleeding stop and how long does it take for bleeding to stop?
