Allergy leading to a post nasal drip is the cause for the cough.
Do not take antibiotics if you don't have fever.
An antiallergic tablet along with a cough syrup for dry or wet cough as the case maybe should help.
Do you smoke?
Have you consumed any cold items of late.
Gargling will not help.
The fact that you have a cough since the past 2 months a complete haemogram along with a chest xray could be done but under the present situation it may not be worth taking a ch...more

you are most probably having a post infectious respiratory tract inflammatory cough and or chronic sinusitis

Hii, cefuroxime+ clavulanic acid (cefakind cv) causing breathing difficulty as a side effect is very very rare. It has never documented so far. But we will see into it. Do you have any nose block, cough when you developed ear infection? A little more information is needed for better assessment.

-For vit b12 deficiency you have to consume a diet rich in it which is mainly found in non veg foods like organ meats, lean meats & fish, enriched foods like cereals
- also can take a supplement
- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food for acidity, chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals.
