Suffering from antral and body erosive gastritis. Doctor had told me to take nexpro kit for 2 weeks. After taking clarithromycin and amoxicillin pain and burning starts to occur in my stomach. When will I recover completely from this disease. Swallowing nexpro kit medicine for the last 01 week.

No biopsy could be done due to swelling in my oesophagus, and after having medicines i. E lansoprazole, clarithromycin and tinidazole, no improvement is noticed. Need I go for biopsy of easophaegas. Please help.

Have you tried changing your diet along with the medication? Are there any other symptoms you are experiencing?
H pylori usually causes gastritis and ulceration. In most cases, taking antacids helps with the symptoms. Long term unhealed ulcers may shape up to become cancerous. Having an endoscopy done and if required a biopsy is not harmful.

Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne.

I am pregnant 5 weeks, I am taking antibiotics for my stomach problem, I cannot eat anything without taking medication. I have to take this medicine for about 45 days more. Should I continue my pregnancy while taking these medicine. Will it harm the fetus. The medicine are, pantocid, include clarithromycin, pantoprazole, amoxicillin. Sucralfate for oral suspension.

Hi pentocid pentaprozole amoxicillin sucralfate are safe in preg.
Antibiotic clarithromycin although not causes fetal anomaly very very rare chance. Sometimes it may cause miscarriage but it is necessary for you so you can continue it. I think you have done urine preg test I will adv you to confirm fwb by usg at this age 5wk -6 wks

.double marker at 11-12 wks
.tripple marker at 16 -18 wks
anomaly scan at 16-18 wks
