take the following treatment -

History and results suggest some kind of acute chest infection. Recurrent infections are common as same chest infection can be caused by different viruses. As children lack immunity, they have infections more commonly than adults till the immune system is ready. If the previous infection cleared completely before the second infection, it is most likely a viral infection. It is better to consult a pediatrician to listen to chest.

It would be best if you could get a cbc esr & ultrasound of abdomen (empty stomach).
