Dear Ramakrishna,
Please do relaxation techniques under psychologist's supervision progressively at least for 2 weeks daily. If you are able to do it on your own daily in a progressive way for 3-6 months, you will be able to get out of feliz and clonotril. For the time being, you can stop clonotril. Feliz s plus has clonazepam in it. In the long run, you need to undergo therapy to deal with your anxieties.
