Yes you can increase, make sure you are taking it empty stomach about 45 before breakfast. However the most important thing is your weight (93) and BMI which is 38. You are Morbidly obese and too young (23 yr). Better to consult Gastroentrologist for dietary, Endoscopic or rarely Surgical management for weight reduction urgently for risk free life ahead. Trust me weight reduction will cure your GERD. Best of luck!

Dear sir
I urge you to try the following remedies. Keep yourself hydrated, take small sips of water every now and then, especially if you are quiet for a while. Brush after every meal, do not snack in between meals and lastly. Use mouth fresheners whenever you have an important event.
These are small things that can help you greatly.
Do also consider a whole food plant based diet if possible.

Mr. Lybrate-user its a plus point that your diabetes in under control but you did not mention about your blood pressure. As far as the bells palsy is concerned you have already recovered recently. Lacking interest in eating or change in taste could be linked to little depression of something to do with liver that can only be assessed through investigations and taking proper homeopathic medicine accordingly.
