I am 28 years old and i've been sexually active with my boyfriend for a year now. There was a time we used to have sex almost everyday but a time came where we do it once in a month due to distance and work. Around february this year, I treated infection, same thing in august, which came with serious pain during urination which I also treated with ciprofloxacin, metronidazole and flagyl. But for some days now, i've been having pains in my lower abdomen and by yesterday (27/11/2019, I started seeing green come out with my discharge and now i'm on medication again. Why does keep recurring?

the most common cause of green vaginal discharge is a sexually transmitted infection known as trichomoniasis. The discharge often has a foul odor and is typically more yellowish-green than pure green. It is best to know your diagnosis from your doctor first. It is possible that you are not getting a proper treatment.

I am a male who had sclerotherapy injection for haemorrhoids. I had a burning feeling in tip of my penis for a few hours after the procedure. (3 hours) and a initial dark yellow discharge with urine. (only once). Later when I am masturbating I have blood in semen. I consulted a doctor and was prescribed antibiotics ciprofloxacin for 7 days. Is this an infection? What treatments should I get? Can this lead to impotence? I read that it can effect cavernous plexus.

My age is 29 years old. From a long time I am suffering from amoebiasis. Doctors have tried antibiotics such a tinidazole with norfloxacin as well as Ciprofloxacin. But till the time medication goes on the problem is under control. As soon as the medication is over the problem of sticky motion starts again. Currently I am suffering from the same. Sticky motion, gastric problem, light pain in stomach, and burning sensation in throat. Kindly help me if possible. What should I do.

If we come to know that your daughter is allergic to these drugs than we should not administer those drugs for life time and if any allergic symptoms are present than we can give tablet cetrizine just to decrease the symptoms

Hello, this is ivan from uganda. My sister aged 14 has got seriously burning itching legs every night and often cries over night. Some treatments with cetrizine, a cream having betamethasone, dipropionate,clotrimazole and gentamicin sulfate also ciprofloxacin but it ain't helpful. She is also born with hiv and has had an ear problem since childhood making her take strong drugs in her early childhood life. Please advice me. She was tested for blood sugars, pressure, but tests were negative.

Hye doctor whenever I take paracetamol and diclofenac and an antibiotic ciprofloxacin 250 I got red spot in my full body and reaction on my face it swells nd after getting cetirizine it got normal but I feel extremely weak unable to get up from bed. My doctor said there is no solution of this but I really want to get some permanent solution bcz in future there will b many situations when I have to take medicine so he said I have to change my blood thus is impossible nd risky too please provide me solution.

This is fixed drug eruption ,a side effect of diclofenac and ciprofloxacin in some individuals. So you should avoid such drugs in near future and take other alternative drugs for your problem.

I have just finished a course of ciprofloxacin for a uti. My urine is clear, honey-coloured and does not smell. However, my urination process is: a small amount of initial urine which stops, followed by pain in my lower abdomen and penis. Following 20 or so deep breaths, the pains recede and urination resumes, initially a slow drip which develops into a weak stream. This goes on for some time and either stops or reduces back to a drip before stopping.

I have an infection i'm not sure what's happening so its itching a couple months ago then I start seeing weird discharge I went to the pharmacy they give me clotrimazole cream and ciprofloxacin tablet the cream help the itching but 3 days after using the pill when I wipe the discharge was red n I haven't gotten my period as yet so I after I saw the discharge was red I stop the pill n the cream i'm having not itch but the discharge is still there n the discharge comes only after I pee but not every time I pee and still haven't gotten my period having symptoms of my period but nothing.

I've been diagnosed with uti after having bad fever (multiple fever cycles a day despite taking acetaminophen) and some vomiting for 3 days even though the typical symptoms (burning, frequent urination, constant need to pee) while urinating subsided (and started after sex) even before the fever started. Urine analysis was positive in bacteria (no specific), nitrites, blood, leucocites and protein. The doctor who I consulted beforehand then prescribed me ciprofloxacin as treatment. By chance I got to speak to another doctor who prescribed me cefalexin. I investigated both and came to a conclusion that ciprofloxacin carries adverse effects which risk I don't feel comfortable taking (especially neuropathy). I don't like to take antibiotics in general, which makes me even more weary about side effects they have. Why one or the other antibiotic and how will the treatment differ? Am I overly paranoid about potential risks? I like to understand why doctors decide for a specific medicine but have not had the luxury of being given any explanation. Hoping that maybe this community gives me some answers. Thank you in advance.

2.Wipe from front to back after toilet
3.Take lots of water so as to have clear urine
4.Do not use any spray, scented bath products
5.Try to take shower rather than bath
6.Clean genitals before sex and pass urine after sex to flush out any bacteria
7.Keep genital area dry- wear cotton, loose under garments, avoid tight clothes like jeans

I am having pain in my throat, back muscle pain, pain behind eyes, headache n feeling exhauster. Does I have dengue fever. I have been to doctor here near me, (government hospital) they give me some ciprofloxacin tablet, chloroquine tablet paracetamol n something like famotidi. N cetrizine. N written test for malaria. But I cant tested for that bcoz it was closed. So doctor I want to know that I am suffering from n what should I do. Thanks a lot.
