It seems you think of bp as paramount determinant of health. Measuring bp is a new phenomenon, never previously done.
It can be helpful if done as advised, but it causes plenty of difficulties if done without following the recommended methods. Cilnidipine is a newer calcium blocker. Older ones are safe for prolonged use and in elderly. Cilnidipine should be similar but it is a bit of a leap of faith

Cilacar c has cilnidipine which is a calcium channel blocker and chlorthalidone a diuretic and sartel ln has telmisartan with cilnidipine both are used for bp control. Take care.
