Both Tragit or Nulong shouldn't drop pulse or heart rate. Pulse rate of 40 and 50s is very low and needs urgent attention. I would recommend you see a cardiologist, or an electrophysiologist who can help you with that. While medicines may work sometimes, it often requires a pacemaker. Take care.

Metoprolol telmesartan cilnidipine, 3 medicines. Probably over medication. Bp control requires discipline. Measure bp only once every month on fixed dates after resting for 10 minutes. Any other way of looking after your bp is unhealthy.

Cilacar t is a combination of cilnidipine and telmisartan. It should technically not cause increased urination unless you are consuming a lot of water after taking the tablet. Reduce your water intake couple hours before bed and you should be fine. To be doubly sure, check you psa levels and do a sonography of your abdomen with pvr (post void residual urine) on a full bladder to rule out a prostate issue.

You can change to a long effect medicine, present medicine'metopr. Effect may not last 24 hours. If you measure bp only once every month on fixed dates after resting for 10 minutes, and never in between, you will have better health and longer life. It requires discipline but good living only possible if we have discipline.

Tablet cilacar contains cilnidipine which is a calcium channel blocker, helps reduce bp. Dilnip trio contains three medications which are combined together - cilnidipine, telmisartan and chlorthalidone. If your bp is 130/80 with dilnip trio then it means your body has adjusted to the medications. Your doctor would have started dilnip trio after much consideration, so it's advisable not to downgrade from dilnip trio to cilacar. Incase you want to change your medications, it would be advisable to ...more

I personally do not prefer tab telma d.as causes lowering of serum sodium level in long term. So change it with medications like telmisartan and cilnidipine. Sgot just borderline high. Don't worry about it. Do a usg whole abdomen if possible.

Although there is no specific treatment for the same but I will advise you certain steps u should follow. May be these can help, drinking water before, during and after meals. Eating small bites of food. Chewing thoroughly before swallowing. Avoid talking while eating. Eat slowly. Walk, stand and sit upright for at least 30 minutes after eating. You can also take a homoeo medicine along with nux vomica 30 ( dr. Reckweg ) 1 drop in 1 spoon fresh water twice daily. Report me after 2 monthss
