I am 43, a fitness enthusiast and I have been running, cycling and doing hi it for long, off late I get muscle pull especially aductor cluster but recovering after rest. I have been taking neuroki d 3 OD, after Bf and Chymoral forte Od before dinner for 10 days as advised by by my doctor friend. ARE THESE medicine OK without any side effects. And I have cut down my exercise by half. Can repeat if any further injury.

Hi, There is a dull ache in left leg from back of thigh till calf muscles. Only pain increasing on the evening and during sleep and also hearing a popping sound in the left knee during bending. I am 22 yrs. And am a dentist. Also 152 cm and 51 kgs. I took chymoral forte and myoril for 1 week. Still, pain is there on some days.

I got anal fissure after delivery with a sentinel tag. I took homeo treatment with no access then a laparoscopic surgeon suggested me anometrogyl along with chymoral plus (twice a day) with softovac once at night, sitz bath twice a day. I did all this and was cured in around 10 days. Stopped chymoral plus after that but still continuing sits bath, softovac and anometrogyl and have been taking fibre in my diet, chewing my food properly and water intake is 2.5 litres per day. I have to rejoin office next week. So my question is for how long do I continue sits bath and anometrogyl. And is softovac a habit forming as I haven't been constipated but i'm of recurrence due to sentinel pile and god forbid if ever I pass hard stools after leaving softovac. I don't wanna go for any surgery. Any suggestions are welcome.

you have a fissure and a sentinel tag which happens after pregnancy. A fissure will increase and cause pain of you have constipation. So it is important to prevent it.
This can be done by dietary modifications. Have plenty of water 3 to 4 litres per day, include high fibre by having vegetables and fruits , sprouts, pulses . Yoghurt is good. Avoid refined foods like breads , sweets, cakes , spices and oils.

8 december I had a very shape pain in my palate region with burning feeling. Visited ent on 10 december. That time my hard palate right side from mid to upper last molar looked like very red and swelling was there. Ent looked with a torch and prescribed me few medicine chymoral forte, clenora gel, aceclofenac 100 mg vitamins and gargal till 17 december as re visit. On 17 th december while the re visit ent said stop chymoral forte, aceclofenac and gel, now keep taking vitamins and contd gargal and marked revisit on 7 jan 2022. But I have weird point where I can feel a small pimple like thing on my palate where I feel burning sensation. I goes when I keep ginger inside my mouth. Any specialist please assure me is it anything serious or I am worried as after quitting smoking this 2021 august, I has infections, swelling,pain episode since sept 2021. I do feel sometimes headache which always fades away if I drink water, my back side of neck sometimes feel like it is pressed by someone for few seconds. I do not want to smoke, the only unhealthy habit that I had. I am about to complete 20 week without smoking.

Dentist ko consult kiya to btya ki dant niklna padega aur pus pad gya hai. Isiliye pr pehle swealling km ho. Sensiclav 625 mg cap cefolac tab. Some weeks ago I did ultrasound sonography of my testicles and it gave a report BILATERAL SMALL hydrocele, before giving this test doctor gave me medicine - chymoral Ap tab 10's (2 tab a day) Percin 600 mg tab 5 (1 tab a day for 10 days) ,radoross dsr cap 10s (1 tab each day) In middle I did the ultrasound and got this repost After this when I went to the doctor with the report doctor asked whether my medicine are finished or not and then he changed the medicine and gave me rossvital and uriliser liquid but till now my pain got ok and I was felling ok, and after that I did masturbation because I was not in a mood of having night fall after 2 days now again I am felling the pain what should I do now? How much time its takes this to heal completely the pain started on 11.5.2018 and its still there please help.

I am having mild testicular pain in right testicle and mild lower abdominal pain in right side.in last month I visited csw but we did not had penetration. She just gave me hand job with condom. However after ejaculation my penile tip was having burning sensation. I visited doctor and done CBC, vdrl, creatine, urine, sugar test but all reports are normal. Doctor gave me doxycycline and chymoral forte. But slight pain is still there. I don't have any discharge or pain while urination. Please help me why it is happening? Should I go for ultrasound of scrotum and lower abdomen. I am very afraid please help.

Your testicular pain is not related to STD. It can be due to Varicocele. Go for a testicular ultrasound.

Health Query

My uvula is very red and have 2 white spots. When swallow empty it pains. Also curve around uvula red. I had ischiorectal abscess surgery last week and taking antibiotics. Please suggest why uvula is inflamed and have two white spots on it. Currently I am taking medicines after surgery as follow: Megazolid plus (cefixime 200 mg and linezolid 600 mg) Chymoral forte DS (trysin-chymotrypsin tablet) Ornida (ornidazole tablet up 500 mg) Stanac-p (aceclofenac and paracetamol) -SOS Can you please suggest how to get rid from redness pain and white spots from uvula and red curve part. Also kindly advise taking medicine for throat will make any impact or side effect with my current medicines taking after ischiorectal abscess surgery? Thank you very much in advance.
