Dear lybrate user,
prostate infection is common in young people like you, it is uncommon to get prostate infection unless it is not functioning the way it should, that is to say if you abstain from sex the chances of infection rises, however infection in prostate takes long time to subside as few drugs only can penetrate and reach prostate, my suggestion is try to empty the prostatic secretions by indulging in safe sex as much as you can and use antibiotics, you should see a senior urologist...more

Chymoral forte alone is sufficient at this stage and it a more safe drug than kedac-sp which is a combination of aceclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase. If you have pain you can apply hot packs and ice packs alternatively around the periphery of the stitched areas and painful regions.

Hi lybrate-user. Corns require surgical excision if painful. This should be followed by swithching to comfortable footwear with adequqte padding. Also ,the condition needs to be differentiated from plantar warts which also require specific treatment with lasers or topical mesications. The above prescribed medicines are just symptomatic and would not cure the corns and calluses. All the best.

Hi lybrate-user, I hope your hb% and lfts are ok and withtin normal limits. If not then, we need to correct them first. If normal, then it will be essential to review the wound by the operating surgeon. I think, it will subside with time by the help of proper care, nutrition and rest.

Hi. Initially for an infected sebaceous cyst, oral antibiotics will be required to decrease the infection and it's size. Then excision will be required with suturing. The cost, number of stitches and recovery period depend on size and location of the cyst.

Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (osmf). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative or surgical management for mouth opening depending upon the stage of osmf. Advise full mouth opening, ballooning exercise & side to side movement of the jaw. Wrap 25 to 30 ice-cream sticks, make a bundle, put it between upper & lower fron...more
