You actually don't require chymoral plus for infected bartholin cyst. Hot compress, a course of antibiotic (cephalosporins or maxrolides) and paracetamol (sos) is all that is required. Bartholin cyst are notorious for recurrence.

There are not enough studies on chmoral forte in pregnancy, so better to avoid it, till absolutely necessary. please consult your obstetrician.
