After exercise I noticed my left testis swollen. I felt no pain but just weight and pressurized testicle and went to doctor (ms) & was advised to wear scrotal support. He also advised urine alkaline 10 ml thrice a day chymoral forte ds & oratil 500 twice a day for 7 days. After this there was radiating pain which extended towards left thigh. I told this to doctor. He now advised me for usg & blood test. All parameters in blood report came out to be normal (every thing within range) but usg report says left epididymitis with increased vascularity. Size of head &tail appears enlarged 12. 5 mm with increased scrotal wall thickness. After that maxolid 600 & chymoral forte both twice a day for 7 days and third week chymoral forte & oratil 500 twice a day for 7 days. He told me to stop medication after that. Today is second day i've taken no medicine and my left testicle feels slightly swollen again. I feel discomfort but painless. What do I do now.
