"As" per your clinical history is concerned your TSH report is little high so take medications for it and start with 25 mcg. Try to avoid certain medications like Iron supplements, Cholestyramine, Aluminum hydroxide, which is found in some antacids and Calcium supplements.

1) Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor Endocrinologist and as per your test report discuss synthetic thyroid hormone levothyroxine and take it regularly, start from 50 mcg and measure TSH every 3 months and adjust the dose.
