You need a psychologist to clear you the problem that are in your mind not in your body. Be practical and take consultation. You can take some therapies to remove this anxiety from your mind.

It is not scientific to take multiple medicines of same class simultaneously. Better to take one in appropriate dosages. It will be wise if you discuss with your psychiatrist to consider switching to other medicines which don't have abuse or addiction potential and whose prescription can be easily procured from anywhere.

This medicine normally works for anxiety and depression and may have to be taken for a long duartion for good effect. Side effects mentioned are common.
