Hello lybrate-user, you can replace your mouthwash with warm water with a pinch of salt that is hit saline gargle. As even mouthwash contain chemical. Why to use any chemical for linger run.

Rinse your mouth with warm salt water, apply fatkiri paste, chew few leaves of guava, use sensodyne toothpaste, you should visit a dentist for this purpose.
