You have urticaria, may be due to food items, autoimmune diseases, drugs & various other condition. This condition is usually subsides on taking antihistamine tablets like cetirizine. But this is temporary solution. You should consult to dermatologist & physician for complete evaluation & find out cause. Finally you should avoid causative agents as much as possible or desensitises by consultant dermatologist.

Seasonal flu (common cold) is a viral infection. It normally takes 5-6 days & sometimes even longer to go away. Antibiotics have no effect on it. So, have patience. your child isn't a guinea pig, so don't keep changing antibiotics on your own. Contact a pediatrician if needed.

I believe you have become addicted to the medications since you have mentioned that you not only take okacet, avil 25 but so many tablets that you do not name for the last 2 years on a daily basis. If there is a medical reason, please consult a physician for that. This might make it easier for you to take the medicine for the problem as prescribed and follow instructions faithfully.
