In order to increase Testosterone levels I would initially undertake a detailed evaluation of hormonal and metabolic parameters and then treat appropriately. If there is no satisfactory increase in Testo levels or symptoms in 3 to 6 months I would consider Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) through Transdermal bioidentical Testosterone cream after detailed discussion on the pros and con of TRT for someone of your age.
The levels of sex hormones can be measure through blood test.

As long as one can get an erection, one can masturbate or have intercourse.
Sufficient Total testosterone blood level for a male or your age is around 300 ng. DL. Optimal level is around 900 ng/dL. Equally important to have good Free testosterone levels.
