Hello, Taxim OZ is antibiotic and is safe, bifilac is lactobacillus and is safe. Racecadotril is antisecretory and has mainly intestinal action. But since it has not been studied adequately and passage into breastmilk is not known, it is not recommended to be taken in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Hello.
If surgical abortion is done, oxytocin is often added in iv fluid (during abortion) to help in expediting the process of abortion and control bleeding.
It is very short-acting drug and it's effect is for very short duration.

Milk lumps are galactoceles, which are collections of accumulated milk. It is quite common during Breast feeding. If it is very painful or enlarging in size, better to see a breast surgeon, who would examine you to confirm that it is a galactoceles and not an abscess or cyst. If need be, they may ask for an ultrasound of the breast. If it is significant collection on ultrasound then they may put in a needle and aspirate the milk, which would provide relief from the pain. Usually the galactoceles...more

There can be many causes of urinary incontinence, only one of which is urinary tract infection. My suggestion would be not to continue Taxim-O any further. Instead try and search for the cause of the incontinence. A lower abdomen usg should be helpful for that. Contact me anytime if you need my help.

You should get your urine culture and sensitivity done and take antibiotics according to the report.
If you have got your urine culture and sensitivity and taxim -o is sensitive to bacterial growth then take it twice daily for 10 days.

You should always take the prescribed drugs. If nothing abnormal has happened like rash or pain or anything else. Then less chances of side effects. Please continue the syrup as advised and consult a doctor if any adverse reaction. Anything unusual should be noticed.

Hi lybrate-user. The antibiotics will make the reports negative. But it is not capable of curing it. No matter how much you take.
The only system that can cure it is by homoeopathic treatment.
You may consult through Lybrate. If you wish to.
At least you may take one dose of Medorrhinum 200 one dose.
