Par betamethasone bina doctor ki salaah ke kabhi instemaal na kare. Ye ek steriod drop hai, iske kaafi sare serious nuksaan bhi hote hai. "As" per your clinical history is concerned please use this drop for 7 days and orally take (COMBIFLAM tab-400 mg) twice a day along with (PANBEST tab-40)mg once a day for 3 days. After 3 days if there is any pain then visit your ophthalmologist fo a detailed clinical examinations.
