About Casporan 50Mg Injection

Casporan 50Mg Injection is an antifungal agent. It is used in the treatment of fungal infections. It functions by weakening the fungal cell walls. This causes death of the fungus. It is sold under the brand name of Cancidas.

On using Casporan 50Mg Injection you may experience side effects such as fever, chills, nausea, stomach pain, vomiting, headache, cough, diarrhoea, skin rash, hives, swelling of body parts, rapid or irregular heartbeat, difficulty in breathing, weakness, blisters, cramps, sore throat, dizziness, mental and mood disorders. If your reactions persist or become more severe over time seek the help of your doctor immediately.

Before using this medication notify your doctor if: you are allergic to any of the ingredients contained within Casporan 50Mg Injection, you have allergy to any foods/ medicines/ substances, you are taking any prescription or non-prescription drugs, you have liver problems, you are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding a baby.

The dosage for this medication is based on your overall medical history and medical attention. The usual dose in adults is 70 mg by IV on the first day and then maintenance dose is 50 mg by IV once per day.
