First we have to determine the cause for your tinnitus. It may be pathological or simply physiological. Dear lybrate-user there are no perfect drug for tinnitus. Tinnitus is different from ear sensitivity. If it's tinnitus you need to divert your attention away from this symptom and take the drugs for few months.

Whether Audiogram was done If not get it done
If you can pass air into the middle ear by Valsalva then tinnitus may be due to auditory nerve weakness then you will have to take nerve tonic and capsule Tinnex.

Get a puretone audiogram and tympanogram done done to rule out middleaear disease and then if normal, start tab tinnex twice daily for 15 days to start with.

tinnitus is due to various causes and if it has been six months, better to get thorough examination and investigation done including mri brain. I will first need to have a look at all previous diagnostic test results and do a thorough clinical examination, so that I can comment on further treatment.
