Protein rich foods are all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. Fiber rich foods are green vegetables, sprouts, fruits like Apple mainly.
Zinc rich foods are broccoli, chick peas, green peas and Rajma.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal problem like polyp, deviated nasal septum or low immunity

Hello,

Zinc and proteins both are available in the natural food sources. Supplementation shouldn't be encouraged unless you have been prescribed by the doctor.
Milk and milk products, soy and its products, chicken, beans, lentils are some good sources to name.

Zinc alone cannot treat pimples but if you have deficiency of zinc it will help boost your system LEMON is good remedy- Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply it to the pimples before going to bed.
You can also mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on the pimples overnight. In the morning, wash the skin well with lukewarm water.

take sinarest one tab at night for 3 days. do gargle , take steam, take honitus cough syrup 2 tsf 2 times daily.. inform if not ok.
