It is ok to take the medications. But I would recommend you to opt for natural food stuffs like legumes like chickpeas, lentils ,beans seeds like sesame nuts like almond cashew which are high in zinc content. As zinc is a trace element we need it only in small quantities. Also the most important thing in covid is eat healthy stay healthy. Drink lots of water. And most importantly sanitize, wear masks and keep social distancing.

Nutritional needs of zinc should be met primarily from foods.
If there are symptoms of zinc deficiency, then suppliments can be given.
Foods rich in zinc are wheat, oats, pumpkin seeds, eggs, milk, oysters, nuts, meat, and peas.consume them.
Common symptoms of zinc deficiency are-
Hair loss,frequent infections eg diaarrhoea, spots on nails,oral ulcers,mild anaemia,decreased appetite.

The best source of vitamin d is sunlight. Sit in the sun with minimum clothes on in the morning hours for 30 mins. Pl keep your head in shadow or cover it with some leave or wet cloth. If you are not able to sit without clothes wear thin white clothes only. It is summer these days hence it will be advisable to drink 2 glasses of water before sun bath. Your weight is about 8 kg in excess. You should adopt a weight reduction program.
