prop up legs to rest on a stool while you are on chair to do anything you like
do some stretching exercises which don't hurt legs but keep the limbs firm

Hello . This seems to be muscle cramps. Its very common to have it. Yes it can be seasonal. Take tab carnisure 500 1 tab twice daily. Pls let me know.
