Sir I am suffering from ringworm on groin area since 5 months. I treated it with luliconazole and dermicem cream. And took itraconazole 200, fluconazole with dexamethasone and chlorpheniramine also but did not get rid now. In little sweat I get itch in two hours. Please suggest me right treatment.

You received enough treatment for ringworm. Better to consult a dermatologist. In place of itraconazole, terbinafine can be taken with proper investigations and follow up. Keep the area dry, clean and maintain hygiene.

My left abdomen and left testicle hurts when penis getting hard sometimes. I am recovering from testicular injury in left testicle. Because of that I also suffered from dull groin and left abdomen muscular pain which is now less or gone. Is this because of that with any kind of muscle connection? Ultrasound, urine test, blood test are fine. What to do? I'm in medicine amoxicillin, trypsin-chymotrypsin and diethylcarbamazine tablet.

It might be a nerve pain along the distribution of groin nerves. If your fresh USG is ok then nothing to worry... Just do a urine examination..

My name is swapna age 36 years having continuous bleeding since last three months I went to a local gynecologist and she ask me to get the scan report. Thespian report result is endometrium hyperplasia. And the doctor advice me for D&C last month I had D&C and from that day it is still bleeding. The D&C biopsy report is simple cystic endometrium hyperplasia and the doctor said it is because of high levels of estrogens and she prescribed progesterone tablets for 21 days pls kindly suggest the remedies.

You need high dose of progesterone as well as other drugs to control bleeding. Check thyroid level and coagulation profile. Control body weight. Remember you may need progesterone for long days, 21 days may not be sufficient sometimes. Actually the treatment depends on severity of bleeding as well as number of children you have.

I am 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant. And it is an unwanted pregnancy so for an abortion we went to a gynecologist she said you have to take misoprostol before d&c 24 hours before. So when I searched about that it causes abortion automatically and opens the cervix and expels out fetus and then after 24 hours d&c is done by doctor. But my question is that is it necessary to get d&c done after taking dosage of misoprostol or simply wait for next menses. And regular check by ultrasound that abortion is complete or not. Kindly help me in this situation what to do?

Actually it is better to abort in early weeks rather than waiting for long.After 12 weeks it really becomes a complicated procedure.Placental tissues will form more after 12 weeks and chances of them getting adherent or retained is more.To ensure completeness your doctor must have advised Dand C after the abortion.It is not that easy to abort a live pregnancy.

A-around 15% of pregnancies gets miscarried, that is nature's rule. You should avoid next pregnancy for 6 months from the last abortion.
