2) any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting the same naturally must meet a gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting the fact that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. This means the couple must have patience and go to one with whom they have trust to stick for a long time.

A repeat course of misoprostol two tabs orally and two vaginally should be able to remove the clots, so either you take the above and wait patiently for two weeks, along with Antibiotics coverage, as in that case there will not be any need for a D& C, in any case D&C if done under proper aseptic measures is harmless. Ideally one should wait for a minimum two to three weeks post medical termination, to get any Ultrasound done, as invariably there is some clot which is seen and an unnecessary D&C ...more

This is due to vaata prakop in body as per ayurvedic text
1 tsp of liquified pure ghee
1 tsp of jaggry (chrushed)
half tsp of ginger powder (sunth)
mix well and take it with warm cup of milk.
