To increase your stamina you need to have complete sound sleep of 6-8 hours. Sleep & wake up early. Exercise daily early morning as it peps up your energy level by releasing happy hormones. Limit the amount of white bread, sugar, meat, junk food and milk products (cheese, milk, butter, cream.) and increasing fresh fruits, veggies, water and fiber (beans, oats,) also yogurt really helps due to the probiotics.
