According to your complaints you seem to have fungal infection caused due to candida. This can occur due to excessive sweating, those having diabetes and through sexual contact. You can apply canestan cream. You need to work up for early diabetes. Avoid using soap for cleaning. You can use any lactic acid wash instead. You may also require oral medicines. You may consult online after making payment for the same.

Dear user. PENILE ITCHING could be due to many factors. Men who are uncircumcised (who have the foreskin remaining around the penis) are prone to balanitis, an inflammation of the foreskin that is often caused by poor hygiene, irritation, or infections. Penile itch is not an emergency, but it may be a sign of a disease that can be transmitted to others. Please consult a doctor for physical investigation which is essential for diagnosis. Take care.

no.. specific medicine required..Fungal infection or Ring worm.. when occurs in groin, called as jock itch.. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds..It's mostly circular or round in appearance.. May be red or black in colour.. Treatment depending on the type and severity.. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it..As it has to be differentiated from eczema and infection, its a must to see and confirm the diagnosis for proper treatment....more
