There is effective cure, but it may take about 3 to 4 months for complete cure.
1. Please keep the feet dry. Avoid moisture of the feet. Even sweating of feet should be avoided.
2. Good foot care, keeping it clean and dry, open foot wear if possible is important.
3. Local application of anti-fungal ointment Terbinafine, twice a day till complete cure.
4. Scrapings of the fungus can be sent for culture and sensitivity tests and oral antifungals taken for 3 weeks.

1. Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply powder in the area
2.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
3. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
4.Maintain personal hygiene
5..Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week)
6. Take one tablet of levocetrizine(5mg) at bed time if itching is severe
