Dear lybrate-user
p40 is an antacid and anafortan is for painful menstruation. One needs to know what is causing the swelling and pain before taking a medicine. You could try digene syrup first. It could be gas in the stomach or intestine.
Take care.

Try exclusive breastfeeding up to 6 months of age. Stop bottle feeding. Use spoon to feed. Cow's milk is preferred to formula milk. 5 to 6 times loose stools in a day is normal if baby is gaining weight appropriate to his age. No comments on medicines if advised by pediatrician.
