You have stomach infection plz consult some near by doctor he will prescribe you. Plz take boiled water tea Coconut water. You can also consult me while sitting at your place.

Should definitely consult a doctor if fever relapses.
As large no of children are getting infected with covid during 2nd wave.

Paracetamol also decrease the congestion and inflammation and can take eight hourly without any side effects

pls note that if you have recurrent fever and cold, you need to find the cause for the same by a detailed history by a physician & some essential tests. After that your line of treatment can be decided. Also, paracetamol will relieve you from the symptoms for the time being but is not the cure. So, donot take medications without prescription. It cannot be considered safe.
