Hernia always needs surgery.
Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only.
No smoking, no alcohol if any.
Avoid outside spicy and fried food.
Walk about 3-5 kms daily.

Please do morning walk (brisk-walking)/ treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily.
Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can.
Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked.
Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day.

Hi,
Check you blood for serum calcium levels. If it is low, take calcium supplements. Dietary supplements include milk and milk products, ragi preparations etc. So, drink 2 glasses of milk per day.
