Hello lybrate-user Went through your post, generally oral vitamin D doesn't cause hypercalcemia because it is only 60000 units and can be taken for 6 weeks. However heel pain is generally feature of enthisitis of planter facia and not low vitamin D, Low vitamin D causes generalised myalgias Regards.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

You may take calcirol once in a week with water in empty stomach. Don't lie down after this for half an hour. If you suffer from acidity this may cause discomfort and burning sensation in your stomach.
Gemcal dose will be one cap twice a day. You may take these for next three months thereafter you repeat test for serum vit. D3 level. You need not check serum calcium. Pain in calf may be due to vitamin d deficiency or it may be due to radiculopathy .i would suggest you to take evion lc once a day for a week for calf pain and get your serum vitamin d and vit b12 testing done and if found deficient appropriate treatment can be started.
