Hi
b-complex vitamins are relatively safe because they are water soluble and even if you take in excess they are excreted in urine.
But excess intake of vit. D&vit. A are dangerous because they are water insoluble and can't be excreted from the body and excess vitamin d can cause serious complications like urinary stones.
Note: use vitamin supplements only when there is deficiency. Excess use is not useful to the body ----on the contrary they can cause complications.

Chest pain can have multiple causes, and while low vitamin d levels have been associated with increased risk of heart disease, it is important to note that chest pain is a serious symptom that should always be evaluated by a healthcare professional. It is not recommended to self-diagnose or self-treat chest pain.
If your healthcare professional has diagnosed you with a vitamin d deficiency and prescribed medication to correct it, it may take several weeks to months for your vitamin d levels ...more

For vitamin d levels as low as 4, I would suggest arachitol injection of 6 lac units taken once every 15 days for 3 cycles. Follow up with the satchet later on. Also take diet consisting of ragi, fruits, milk and milk products. Add some regular exercise.
