You may take calcirol once in a week with water in empty stomach. Don't lie down after this for half an hour. If you suffer from acidity this may cause discomfort and burning sensation in your stomach.
Gemcal dose will be one cap twice a day. You may take these for next three months thereafter you repeat test for serum vit. D3 level. You need not check serum calcium.
