I would suggest that you get admitted for 3-4 days, get your blood pressure under control in the hospital set-up where it will be measured and taken care of more frequently. Don't take much stress --it will not do any good. Take care and all the best.

Please give hot water fomentation to that area by sitting in a tub of warm water which relaxes that portion and allows wound healing also take laxative s to relieve constipation and ayurvedic jatyadi oil can be used for healing purposes.
