Hi lybrate-user you are diagnosed as hypertension at very young age .and as you mentioned you are on amlokind -at which is a calcium channel blocker. And beta blocker.
Your heart rate in this range could be because of betablocker assuming that no other medical condition such as hypothyroid is not present.

There is a definite regression of beta hcg denoting that treatment is effective. Wait for 2more weeks and do beta hcg. If it is less than 1 iu, your ectopic pregnancy has been fully treated, try pregnancy only ater 6 months.

I have seen the details given. I learn that you have Hypothyroidism and hypertension. But there is absolutely no mention of necessary details like T4, T3 & TSH levels, BP readings, dosage of Levothyroxine being taken and also dosage of other drugs taken. Without any of these details, it is difficult to give any opinion.
In pregnancy first choice drug for hypertension is Methyledopa, then Labetolo and Nifedipine. Olmesartan is contraindicated.

Yes your pregnant. It's hard to say exact weeks by hcg. Normal hcg level upto 6 weeks is 200-32000. Soo your within 6 weeks.
