There is a definite regression of beta hcg denoting that treatment is effective. Wait for 2more weeks and do beta hcg. If it is less than 1 iu, your ectopic pregnancy has been fully treated, try pregnancy only ater 6 months.

But there is absolutely no mention of necessary details like T4, T3 & TSH levels, BP readings, dosage of Levothyroxine being taken and also dosage of other drugs taken.
