Hi lybrate-user,
PCOS is quiet common now. The main symptoms include irregular and painful menstruation, weight gain, getting hairs in body and face etc. You are taking hormone tablets Cabgolin and anti androgen tablets. Hello lybrate-user, greetings
your back pain should not be having any correlation with your drug. You must start with vitamin d and calcium supplementation along with back strengthening exercises. Do it for two weeks most of your back pain should go by then. If it doesn't either book online appointment or meet any local orthopaedic surgeon. I hope that helps.

It may not be carbegoline induced. Psychosis can relapse after few months, if medications are stopped. She needs to be treated again with antipsychotics and if carbegoline is essential, continued along with it. Good luck

Please continue to take the medicine for another two months and repeat the blood test. Also it will be helpful to know if you are having any other medicine as some drugs can cause abnormal prolactin levels.

In many cases, irregular periods are related to a condition called anovulation. “This means that ovulation hasn't taken place during your menstrual cycle, usually due to severe hormonal imbalances,” says Autry. Sometimes an irregular period may be due to subtler hormone imbalances.

Yes. High prolactin levels will cause anovulation and problem in conceiving. However it's treatable with cabergolin tablet.
