Yes. High prolactin levels will cause anovulation and problem in conceiving. However it's treatable with cabergolin tablet.

Cabgolin 0.5 tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Yes, it is safe to take both tablets even during your periods.

You need to take these tablets to get your levels under control. Once your thyroid and prolactin levels come under control you have good chance of conception unless you have any other problem.
