Hi, I am 52 years old female. I have rheumatoid arthritis and a huge gas problem. Feel bloated all the time. I am doing a natural treatment with a nutritionist since past 5 months. I am sure Why much better as far as the arthritis is concerned but my frequency of acidity headaches has increased recently. I am on a gluten free, sugar free, protein free, dairy free and citrus free diet. Managing quite well with all these restrictions. No complaints regarding that. And yes, I am on a long list of supplements. 33 pills a day to be precise. Can you help please? Thank you very much!

I am having a prblm of frequent urge for urination. I can not the complete amount at a time I need to go 3-4 times to pass the complete amount of urine in a gap of 15-20 minutes. I am also having eruptions in my genitals this is not an std but I am not getting rid of any of these two problems. I am facing it for past a year. I took many antibiotics citrus soln genital washes n supplements too. I hve also developed a habit of urine retention as it provides me sexual excitement n vice versa when I feel sexual I feel to urinate but I control it. please help how to get rid of these two problems if you can help.

It is awkward that you practice urine retention as sexual pleasure.
Don't practice it / don't disturb natural urine flow. Get URINE-RM DONE and if any complains FEEL FREE TO ASK PRIVATELY.
Drink plenty of water, keep external genitals clean and dry.

Hello, I am 41 years, I am allergic to cold & cough. Is it ok if I take lime water with green tea on empty stomach. Will it affect my health? I am also getting cramps on my hands & veins. Once I visited an ent doctor he told me if you are allergic then stop all citrus fruits. All doctors have different opinions. I am 78 kg & want to loose weight. This early morning I had a terrible pain in my right knee of my leg. Fifteen days became, I started with lime water with green tea. Please advice.

I am 28, From past 6 months, I am suffering from gastritis. I suffer from bloating after eating any thing. Recently, I had an endoscopy and found that I am suffering from Fundus Erosion and Fatty Liver. I was suggested to take Superia 20 mg. For 1 month. I took the course. I changed my diet habits also like avoiding oily, spicy, citrus food, avoiding alcohol and smoking, drinking good amount of water, etc. For one month after stopping the course, it was ok. But after the second month, I am still suffering from the same problem of bloating after any meal (exactly 1 hour after meal ). (However the intensity of bloating is less, when compared to the previous stages) What does this mean? What should I do to cure it completely? How long should I keep suffering with this? It is making me morally weak.

I used to have severe breathing issues five years ago caused by dust, humidity, coloured or citrus foods, cold foods. The problem almost completely stopped for about 4 years after I moved to a gulf country. After coming back to india I am slowly starting to experience the same problems again. I take aerocort inhaler when I feel shortness of breath while sleeping. If the problem occurs during day time I take montair lc. Hi my mother have lrti, there is severe cough and congestion in chest from 1 year (after she had covid). When doctors diagnosed it with all the tests and xray they said it is just normal allergy and gave antibiotics, antihistamines and mucous thinner for 5 days. She took it and felt slightly better then doctors advised same for 5 more days and by the end of 10 days course she was much better (symptoms of cough and congestion). After 1-2 days of leaving meds the symptoms reappeared and continued for another 1 week and one day she woke up with no symptoms but whenever she eat certain foods (like oily sweets, anything that contain cream, and citrus fruits) the symptoms reappear. What should be done?

I have itching and burning sensation on skin. It feels like skin is getting thinner and I feel pain also with burning sensation. Intra uterine device like copper tee fitted 4 years ago. Treated with cetrizine prolonged dose of prednisone 60 tab iron supplements and clonazepam but no relief. Burning sensation increases after taking sweet or citrus fruit hot food items. I am okay with banana cucumber. Bmi 21 and hb 10.
