Hello. Tightening of the vagina has many components and can be achieved by various methods. There are few kiegel exercises, intra vaginal creams, laser therapy, injection therapy and surgical vaginoplasty to name a few. The results of these things varies a lot and is better to be discussed with examination and your requirement with a board certified plastic surgeon.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
In most cases, symptoms from a hiatus hernia can be kept under control with medicines and lifestyle changes that treat gastro-oesophageal reflux — your doctor can help you with these. Surgery is normally only required if your symptoms become worse and more constant.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
