Good afternoon,
A good de-addiction specialist is important for you to consult since you are having problems with sleep-related to alcoholism. Diabetes also needs to be evaluated and if your blood sugars are under control, I believe that you need to show yourself to a consultant psychiatrist to get rid of your problems. I also believe that you need some imaging studies and blood tests which can be done when you consult a psychiatrist.
Look forward to hearing from you. If you need help ...more

It is ok, but dont increase the frequency of consumption. Monthly once can be called as social drinking but I have seen lots of people with weekend drinking along (once a week) having severe liver and other problems. So for now you are OK, but you need to maintain the same. All the best

Depending on his body mass and age there could be a problem. He may be a drink too much for his age but I cannot say for his size. I am assuming his age to be in the 50 s, if you are already 23. You could ask him to cut down to 2 pegs of 30 ml each.

There is no way anyone can calculate your longevity on the basis of your alcohol consumption alone. There are so many other factors to be considered and so you are fooling yourself by statistics. You must also factor in that at this rate of consumption you will gradually develop tolerance and dependence on alcohol so that you will'need' larger quantities to attain the same pleasure. You are well advised to quit from the regular use forthwith.
