It may be because of eosinophilia.
Do saline gargles daily.
Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

lybrate-user its a good thing that you have to take asthma meds only when you get the attacks, that itself indicates, that if you want, you can go for cardio exercises, start simply by going for walks, start initially with just may be 15-20 min of brisk walk, increase the duration of walk by 5-10 min evey 15 days till you can do brisk walking for almost 45 min to 1 hr once you r comfortable with brisk walking you gradually star adding a 30 sec to a min of sprinting to your walk.
