Hi, My baby girl was 90 days old. She is suffering from cold, cough,running nose, l can give doctor prescribed medicine. MACBERY DROPS 15 ml (levosalbutamol sulphate and Ambroxol hydrochloride oral Drops-dose 0.5 ml morning and night. ZUKA (Phenylephrine Hydrochloride and Chlorpheniramine Maleate drops 15 ml-dose 0.5 ml morning and night) this two drops for empty. So I can near the medical shop. And I can give doctor prescribed sheet. And I get MACBERY-KU pathilaa ASCORIL LS 15 ml drops-sum and ithula extra adding GUAIPHENESIN. ZUKA-ku pathilaa NO COLD 15 ML drops-sum kuduththaanga. Ithu random same that brand-thaa vera-nu sonnaanga. So naa month baby-ku kuduththa maathiriye ithaiyum 0.5 ml morning and night kudukkalaamaa? Please please help me doctor!

Your baby is having upper respiratory symptoms so not much is needed other than paracetamol drops and good hygiene

Good evening sir/mam may I used levolin plus for two years old child. Levosalbutamol 1 mg ambroxol hydrochloride 30 mg guaiphenesin 50 mg 5 ml two times which is used for two years child. Regards, manish kumar mobile.

No, levosalbutamol is only used in case of bronchospasm. Only be prescriped by pediatrician. Levosalbutamol can have adverse effects like tachycadia and hypokalemia.

I am having a slight pain in my throat since today morning. And a feeling of cough problem to be occurring soon. I am on gargle. Earlier for such issue my physician had advised me cepodem, hicet dc, vizylac and brozeet or grilinctus syrup if coughing was there. Pls suggest a preventive medicine. Age 30. Hexicof ls has antihistaminics and levosalbutamol and mucolytics. Since you r already on and inhalers montek fx which has antihistaminics already and bronchodilators I will not advice using a substitute. Its better to find plain mucolytics of some other brand.

Sir/madam my son (age 6 months) is suffering cold and cough with out fever. Evening time cough become heavy and he can't take breath properly because of cold. Using ontrvine nasal drops, nebulizer with asthalin liquid. And also medicine we are giving oral drops cetrizine ,levosalbutamol and ambroxol and cefdoxime antibiotic. Please tell other medicines to cure fast. He is suffering from 3 days .please help me.

Hi, I have bronchitis problem from last 10 years I activates in cold season and results me in sneezing, cough and most importantly with breathing problems as I whistle while I breathe I am taking medicines like: Tab deriphyllin retard 150 and syrup brozeet both medicines gives me relief for some time. I find very difficult to climb stairs and feels very problem in just 2 floors. I was a smoker for last 3 years, however I have stopped smoking completely since last 2 weeks. Please suggest what to do?

You really need to stop smoking any further.
Avoid exposure to dust, cold, etc.
Avoid doind hard work.

Hi, my 3 years old son travelled from netherlands to india 2 days before. He was suffering from cold from last 3-4 week. Doctor from netherlands did not prescribe any. While travelling my son was got fever so I have consulted local child specialist after return india. He prescribed "azithral-xl liquid-200" "montelukast sodium & levocetirizine dihydrochloride syrup" "ambroxol levosalbutamol and guaiphenesin syrup" I just checked my son got body rashes in chest and back. He took medicine yesterday and today. Is is for any medicine? Can not getting touch with doctor as it is too late now? What should I do? Please advice. Thank you. Avirup.

Rashes because of medicine are generalised (on whole body) may be child having small pox or any other viral fever causing rashs.
Monitor his fever, continue feeding and consult physician for physical examination.
