You can use it, but instead use brozeet-ls after doctors consultation. And if the weight is 5 kg of 1 year old child ,than its way too less tha normal. Weight of child should be around 11. 5 kg.get pediatrician consultation.

Yes you can give her 3.5 ml twice a day but please can you provide a history of her illness, since when this is and what all medications did you give her in the recent past meanwhile please avoid all cold and sour food items.

do cbc, esr, x ray chest pa. consult physician.

Depends on the size of adenoid. Usually mometasone is given as a pasrt of conservative treatment. Otherwise if it is blocking so much surgery is required.
