Hydroquinone is not a steroid, it is a phenol derivative used to treat hyperpigmentation. It is not safe to use for a long time. For active pimples use clindymycin/ b.peroxide/ adapalene cream or whatever cream used earlier prescribed by a dermatolgist. Start treatment of pih once the lesions of acne are gone and fully treated. Thanks.

The dust might be clogging your sweat pores, the heat and the acidic nature of the spices must have affected your skin. Have steam bath once a month. Scrub your body when you bathe. Make sure to cover your body with protective clothing. Talk to your manager regarding the protective clothing.
