You can take it continuously. Do the following 1. Do saline gargles daily.

Probably you have an allergy in your eating pipe which is leading to erosions which further leads to eating pipe spasms and therfore heavy breathing. Telekast releives some bit of allergy. However we need to find the source of allergy. Have 2 tests done and upload them. 1. Xray paranasal sinus. 2. Spirometry.
