Dear
Do not change tablets on your own. Always consult the Physician to get the prescription of medicines that are required by your body.
Eat fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, freshly cooked meals and make sure you drink 2 to 3 liters of normal to warm water daily.
Stay away from salty and preserved or packaged items. Irrespective of how much they advertise to be safe for all.
Regards.

Dear friend,
We often see for initial few days, BP remain on higher side post stroke and it gradually settles down as patients auto regulatory mechanism takes over. Though your BP is slightly high, please recheck regularly to see whether it is persistent or you are symptomatic. Then only we need to intervene.

Tadact 10 can be used by most patients like you. Ask your Dr. for prescription. Clopitab a75 is a very strong blood thinner. Check with a cardiologist whether it is necessary for you.
